Replaced a legacy, non-functional A/V setup that suffered from unreliable connectivity and poor video quality during executive meetings. The acoustic environment of the boardroom also presented echo challenges that required precise hardware calibration.
The Solution
Engineering precision at scale.
Deployed an all-in-one Poly Studio X70 system with integrated Poly tablet controllers and dedicated PoE network infrastructure. We installed sound-dampening acoustic panels and calibrated the microphone arrays to perfectly capture voices while eliminating background noise.
